Um....The Best Popcorn Balls....EVER.

3/4 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup butter
2 tsp. cold water
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup Marshmellow fluff (or Marshmellows)
1/2 tsp. Vanilla

2 bags popcorn (popped)

1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the corn syrup, butter, cold water, powdered sugar, marshmallow fluff, and vanilla. Heat and stir until the mixture comes to a boil. Boil for one minute stirring constantly. Carefully combine the hot mixture with the popcorn, coating each kernel.

2. Wearing gloves, or ziplock bags over your hands, grease hands with butter/oil and quickly shape the coated popcorn into balls before it cools. Wrap with cellophane or plastic wrap and store at room temperature.

* I made these today.....they are SO good!
